Which tool did you use? It seems that Yandex drive does not share files by default when you just upload them. You probably need to allow access to files/folders via Web frontend.yanch wrote:How can i get the public URL for files, uploaded by "Cloud" on the "Yandex Drive"? I see this possibility only for files, uploaded by other tools earlier.
Please try again now!mrle wrote:cloudplugin.wfx (32-bit) is not updated

Ah, good job! Problem with charset is resolved. As for me, the plugin also works much faster now.ghisler(Author) wrote:Version 1.05 is available now!

You are right. "Yandex drive" does not share files by default, but their native tool allows to create and copy public links from context menu of files directly in windows explorer. User must click the item, called as "Yandex.Disk: Copy public link". So, if file already has public link, the tool simply copies it to clipboard. In the opposite case, the tool prepares (generates?) public link and copies it to clipboard. May be, you can do something like this, using Cloud?ghisler(Author) wrote:Which tool did you use? Program "Yandex.Disk" can be downloaded from the official site of the service. Unfortunatly, I can`t give the link due to the rules of TC forum.
Everything is OK now.mrle wrote:cloudplugin.wfx (32-bit) is not updated

Ah, thanks for your feedback - Google Drive offers similar things, but more granular, like share to
- everyone who has the link
- a special group of users
- a special e-mail address
It would be nice to support such sharing, but it is radically different for each cloud. Therefore I don't currently see how I could offer this to the user.

Yandex
I think, you already know such things, but nevertheless, please, take a look at this page https://tech.yandex.com/disk/api/reference/publish-docpage/. It contains the description of file uploading procedure using Yandex REST API. Also you have to try free "Image Uploader" software http://zenden.ws/imageuploader. This program "allows you to upload images, screenshots, or any other files to over 30 different file hosting services", including Yandex Disk. Image Uploader is also able to get public links for files during uploading. Hope these helpghisler(Author) wrote:It would be nice to support such sharing, but it is radically different for each cloud. Therefore I don't currently see how I could offer this to the user.

ghisler, have you switched to another protocol for Yandex Drive in the last version 1.05? As I mentioned, Cloud connects to the server much faster now.
As I`ve understood, it makes sense to choose english as interface language for the service. Follow the link https://disk.yandex.ru/?auth&source=main-nonlogin Browse the page down. In the bottom right corner you`ll find the option.ghisler(Author) wrote:I couldn't find a logout link for Yandex drive. Maybe a Russian user knowing this service can help.

The problem is how to offer this option to the user. Properties only works for a single file, and I don't want to set it by default for all uploads...

You mean Flickr? To access what exactly? There seems to be a whole lot of different access possibilities:

Google drive syncing problems
I tried to use the sync function that comes with Total Commander, to sync a local folder and a Google Drive folder opened with Cloud Plugin.
The comparing option seems to work quite well, as soon as I start the sync process Total Commander starts to create numerous Folders on Google Drive with the same name, and once I start to compare again it sometimes happens that the files are not found because cloud plugin looks for a different folder as the files are in. Most properly this might have to do that GD allows multiple folders with the same name.
Is there any solution for this problem?
thx

Thanks for your report, I will check it. The problem with Google Drive is that it supports multiple files/folders with the same name. Sync tries to create folders, which would simply fail on normal file systems when the folder already exists. I will try to find out whether I can prevent this somehow.I tried to use the sync function that comes with Total Commander, to sync a local folder and a Google Drive folder opened with Cloud Plugin.

Or you can use other tools specialized for uploading, like "File & Image Uploader" (from z-o-o-m.eu) which gives the link back after uploading.yanch wrote:How can i get the public URL for files, uploaded by "Cloud" on the "Yandex Drive"? Yandex does not make files available to everyone by default. This makes sense, it's the best privacy setting...
