This is a common error if DNS over HTTPs is enabled in Opera.
A huge bug!

The end-point name servers are hosted on the same machine as the web-site. So when it goes down, resolving goes down as well.

here the same, with ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED, also tried with a remote proxy.

On every 7th of every month, it's the payday. And usually the payment is overdue.
I keep reminding him a few days before that, but does not seem to help much. Nothing we can do but wait.

I suggested various solutions, including help with the money. None was accepted.

He was considering moving to another hoster, which would have some grace period, so that payment delays did not immediately stop the machine. But the idea never came to fruition. I guess it's not finding a solution that's the problem, but actual implementing it. It needs time, which he seems to lack.
