Ctrl+<Num+> is undocumented shortcut of ListView (I didn't know about it) that shows all columns, even columns with width=0 (like Version column).
I don't recommend to use it.
But anyway I wouldn't consider this a bug but a feature (although undocumented )

v1.8.6.3 (19/04/06)
- minor fixes: context menu aligned; initial dir of "Browse for ini" dialog changed
- several FAQ translations
- hidden option in TC_Plugman.ini: [Options] UnloadPlugins (0/1): call cm_UnloadPlugins command after every plugins change. Default is off. Don't use it if you run several copies of TC with different ini files.
@Alextp, a little request again:
Please don't change the loading order of packer plugins. When a plugin is tweaked, TC_plugman automatically moves it to the last position in wincmd.ini packer section.

Note, that order or packer plugin may change when you rename extension in Tweak dialog.
Renamed extension will be treated as new and will be put to the end of list.
PS.
Also changed: Plugman now don't create commented TC_Plugman.ini on first run. Who needs these comments?

That makes sense I think.

If the settings aren't commented anymore, noone will be able to adjust them accordingly, so as long as it's not possible to do everything in the GUI, just put the comments in a separate file like TC_plugman.txt or so.
