It's impossible to lead us astray for we don't care even to choose the way.

Ctrl+C/Break
Thanks for this plugin! Can you please explain how Ctrl+C handling is supposed to work? I don't see any difference when the corresponding option is checked or unchecked and I press Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Break. This is on WinXP SP3 32bit with US English keyboard. Basically Ctrl+C/Break is mute, it doesn't seem to signal the shell a break at all. My shell is Take Command light edition freeware. TIA
TConsole 2.6
I apologize for a long delay. Please check the new version. Hopefully, all the reported bugs have been fixed (and, naturally, added new ones).

Hi
I'm thinking about
What should it do
Peter

Change Console Width: upon activation, TConsole switches the underlying panel of Total Commander to 'Comments' mode. You can define different panel widths (splitter position) for Full+Brief / Comments mode. So, effectively, when you activate the TConsole, console width will be changed.
Brief View on Hide: It is related to "Change Console Width". Upon TConsole deactivation (hiding), switch the underlying panel to Brief or Full mode.[/b]

Thanks for the quick response.
I saw that the "readme" has nearly no info about usage and configuration. Will you add a short description - 2 short sentences for each feature/setting?

some remarks (suggestions, questions) to the language file:
2013=Forward Keys to TC
-> Forward the following / these keys to TC
2024=Change Console Width
2025=Brief View on Hide
-> add more info, see above
2033=Wheel scrolls (lines)
-> Wheel scrolls ... lines
32774=Synchronize Directory
-> Change to Directory of TC Panel
32782=Direct Mode (single line)
-> Direct Mode (one time)
32784=Go Back
-> Quit TConsole
32785=Send Ctrl+Break
-> I don't understand what this should do?
Is it possible to add also the description of the hotkeys to the LNG-file? (I'm on the German LNG-file now).

2013=Forward the following keys to TC
- you are right, it shows relation to the key list much better
2025=Brief View on Hide
- I agree, it is a bit cryptic, but options dialog space is quite limited. Could you propose more descriptive, yet short label?
2033=Wheel scrolls (lines)
- It was chosen to avoid case like [1] lines. The idea of (lines) was taken from Windows XP control panel
32774=Synchronize Directory
- It is not obvious, synchronize to what, right. Your version looks better to me.
32782=Direct Mode (single line)
- The point is Direct Mode is switched off after pressing Enter, i.e. after a single line. In my opinion, it is not clear what is the meaning of 'time'.
32784=Go Back
- If you uncheck 'Close Console on Hide' option, the console is not closed (remains in background). So, in my opinion, "quit" is not correct. But 'Go Back' is not much better
32785=Send Ctrl+Break
- It sends Ctrl+Break key to the console (running application). Try to execute 'chkdsk c:', then use this command. It is useful if you are not in Direct Mode
Please clarify, what do you mean by 'description' of hot keys.
Thank you very much for you help. If you are interested, I'll be glad to include your translation to German in the next release.
