Is there any further information I could supply to clarify this question?woutermense wrote:I'm trying to use this plugin together with the synchronize directories functionality in Total Commander to synchronise files with OneDrive on a machine where OneDrive itself isn't installed and I don't have admin rights.
I'm running into a few problems where it seems to choke on certain files and folders. My assumption is that it's concerning accented file names.
Another thing is that during the process of syncing at some point I'm getting the "invalid grant" message popup.
And another problem I'm facing is that some folders seem to get created in the wrong location (root folder instead of a subfolder).
I hope you can help me out with these

Yes, please provide some sample names causing problems. I'm currently not aware of such problems with OneDrive.

For example the "standard" OneNote notebook file that gets created. The filename does not have an extension:

Same here. I tried to set Chrome, FireFox, Safari, SeaMonkey and Internet Explorer as default browser, but to no avail - and they are all updated...when I try to connect to Google Drive, I receive a message in OAuth2 Login window, that my browser is no longer supported

I'm using the Internet Explorer control which comes with Windows. Maybe they look for the browser name...
Anyway, the one with integrated Chromium control seems to work fine!

Where do we find that? I am using the one in the link in the first post of this thread - and it doesn't work.Anyway, the one with integrated Chromium control seems to work fine!
EDIT: Found it here: https://plugins.ghisler.com/fsplugins/cloudplugin_chromium1.08.rar - you should put that link in the first post as well.

Looks like Google fixed it, it works again with the default Internet Explorer control.
The problem with the IE control is that it reports IE7 as the browser even when a newer browser is installed...

Hi, ghisler.
How about to place the source code of the plugin to GitHub?
I use Google Drive. I would like to modify the display of icons for files that are created in Google. These files are now displayed without the extension, size, and icons. Just wanted to add open documents directly in Google service. It can be joined with other developers, and make life easier for the author.

It's problematic because I had to create accounts for this plugin - and if others modify it, it may violate the account restrictions (e.g. by downloading individual thumbnails for each file) which could bring me into troubles.

Dropbox and Filedate
-----
I just started to use the plugin with dropbox, and the filedates show me:
- Creation date: (empty)
- Modification date: the date where the file was uploaded to Dropbox, not the modification in "Windows environment"
- Access date: (Empty)
"Alt+Enter" in TC shows me under "client_mtime" the "Win dows modification"
Windows Explorer shows me under "Modification date" the "Windows modification"
If I understand correctly the postings above, there is no way to display in TC the same date as in Windows Explorer?

Honestly, I don't know - I just show the date which the dropbox API returns. They recently announced that they changed to a new API, and the old will be discontinued in about a year. But the new API is so complex that I will have to rewrite everything. I don't have the time to do that now, but plan to do it when TC9 final is done. Maybe the new API provides other file times than the old.
