thanks will check both. What I love about Flashfolder is that I can go directly to the folder that is displayed in the left or right pane of Total Commander.
This is crucial for me. Do both apps support that? AFAIK only Flashfolder did that.
what counts for me is that favmenu uses the tc directory hotlist.
your needed feature is supported via the hotkeys 1 and 2 or a mouseclick on top of the entries.
I have been trying to make it work for two days now. I still dont get it. I have Windows 7 64bit and unfortunately flash folder only worked for me with XP.
Plain and simple: When an Open or Save Dialog pops up, i want to jump to one of the folders (tabs) which are currently active in total commander.
I have tried Fav Menu 2 but that only brings Total Commander up but does not change the Path in the Open/Save dialog.
I have tried Folder Menu 3 but that only gets me to the Path where total Commander is installed.
Seems like i am to stupid to set it up properly, so i would be very happy if someone could explain in simple english which tool to use und what i have to do to make it work.
Thanks for your time.

yes, i had noticed that. but it turn out not much use to share TC's fav folder for flashfolder don't accept system variable
Hello Stevie1,
I got now windows 7 on my new notebook from company, and I want to install flashfolder, this is one of the most used tools I had recently in XP.
But it seems , that it is not working with win 7 .
I would really appreciate a hint how the situation looks like.
Thanks
Peter
