There is another good old program called scroll++ from pointix.

I like this idea, but wouldnt mind if double click on empty area also opened selected program.

Anyway, havent been around for a while, just wondered to see if there is any chance to change TC v6.01 for newer version.

Just a bump to a feature that already was. Or is it implemented somehow already?

Nope, the old feature - which had not been implemented on purpose at all - has not been re-introduced up to T.C. v7.02a.
