I discovered a small error in sfx_lang_dan.lng that made it impossible to choose "Overskriv Altid" ("Always Overwrite") in selfextracting DOS mode, because of a collision between Annuller (Cancel) and Altid (Always), both starting with an A.

If I password protect both unpacking archive and listing archive, then it is not possible to view the files in the archive with the internal Lister (F3).

After having given both passwords - this error message is shown:

The archive contains at least one unknown alternate data stream.

and afterwards an empty Lister window is opened.

- Here, I tested the same steps than you :

- The password for listing is asked for opening the archive,
- The same is asked again when you call F3,
- The password for unpack the archive is required then, and after it has been entered, the Lister displays the file alright…

- It's a bit complicated, for sure… But IMHO, whether the behaviour is always like I say above, the order of the password-fields rows in the setting-dialogue might be inverted like : the anti-listing first up, and the anti-unpacking second below… Just my opinion, of course…

I didn't do any of those things (not that I know of).

I have put a test file at: http://www.madsen.homepage.dk/tcmd/test.sqx that has the mentioned behaviour. The password required to list the file is: 2222 and the password required to unpack the file is: 1234.

I have tried this with all other plugins disabled - just to be sure that there wasn't any interaction.

I have checked it out more now - it is not if I check those two things (both or individual) - it is when I check Store security attributes alone or in combination with the other Store options that the problem occurs.

Yes indeed in the meanwhile I found out that security attributes option is the reason. Thank you for investigating!
I will add it to the known bugs and limitations list in the next reason if it hasn't been solved until then.

Hello !

- The language is set automatically according to the TC stated language… Indeed, you need LNGs for your own language, and actually there are only three languages available in addition of English (default).
- However, it could be possible that some customized language-files be not recognized currently by the plugin…
- Please, test with the "official" original LNG for your language WCMD_XXX.LNG where "_XXX" is the legal ID for that language.
- You must restart TC, the "Apply" button of TC-option is not sufficient for the plugin…

- Please, let's know which TC language-file you are using actually.

- Moreover - like this is indicated in the Help - the Listed SFX archives interface can be only in German while you have a German Windows, and in English in all other cases…
- This is a limitation from the used libraries, not a lacuna from the plugin itself…

In fact, it seems that an issue occurs here : I tested with a customized TC-LNG, and I got the options of the plugin in English ! But still, according to an old discussion somewhere in a forum with Ch. Ghisler, this might work as long as one has WCMD_NNN-any_suffix.LNG, that for all plugins…
- As a workaround, I renamed my file as the original, in the case : WCMD_FRA.LNG, its related menu too, and it works; I had not to relaunch TC
