Because you are use a very slow computer with a very few RAM and someone has hacked it, probably, and use it as mail server.

Thanks for translating *kopfschüttel* - Is that also Rhineland slang? I've added it to my vocab of 10 German words for emergency use. Soon I'll be able to jump into the German forum and kick butt!

It would quite suffice that he installed the software of it's friends from prorat.net. They provide a backdoor trojaner wrapped as a software package you can buy for 200$ to 500$ or test the free version. I guess he has installed the free test version. And now Plugins Manager is slow. And SQX Packer doesn't work. And soon TC will cease to start. And then the police will catch him for the FTP server of the PLO at his PC....

you do not have to use it in AHK to block that shortcut. All you have to do is for example this:
1. Right-Click on any application icon on desktop (or even in start menu)
2. Open Properties
3. There is line for "Shortcut key": - just assign it there
4. Press Ok and from that moment your short cut is unusable in TC. Instead of that it will start your application, where you just assigned it
2ado Hey ado, I guess Xtrician does not need instructions how to make all his shortcuts unusable in TC. He already can do it by himself.
