TC looks in Win7 like WC in Win95.Offline wrote:Now I see TC looks in Windows 7 like NC in Win95.

And it is good that this tool is still usable and respects traditions.

Scary to work without a real keyboard...
Yes, you can customize many things. But you can't keep TC in one window, each file operation makes you decide what type of copy/move window you will use, one of them will make you wait until operation is completed (or you can send it to background each time), you cannot check transfer speed history to figure out why it takes so many time to transfer 20 GB via LAN, you cannot keep search results when you move back to manager, you cannot start more than one operation in the queue, etc. Know what I mean? Why this inconvenience has been carefully moved from version to version? Why just not to make some little big changes in interface architecture?Sir_SiLvA wrote:I prefer TCs simple and functional look and the possibility to form it like I want
http://img411.imageshack.us/img411/3946/41559118.jpgthe best would be to get a progress bar docked under TC / show like the status / functionkeys bar.
there could be name progress / % / rest infos (configurable) shown inside the bar.
or at least somewhere else inside, attached to TC so i dont need to search the floating window everywhere while copying/unpacking etc.
Sorry i may be old school but when you have to move in your lan 20gb and more data more then once your save-data-structur is seriously wrong imho...Kevlar wrote:Yes, you can customize many things. At least we have tried. Nevertheless I can understand the reasons the TC remains the same.schmock wrote:seems again not much will change..
