TC hangs when using right mouse button on drive root

Hi everybody. After using DOpus for a few years I thought I'd give TC a try since x64 is now supported.
Sadly today I ran into this same bug.
I have windows 7 x64 OS and I have VMware installed.
I used ShellExView x64 and disabled all extensions other then the operating system ones. Still the problem persists.
As I read earlier in this thread I can confirm after starting TC and rightclick on C: first and then on F: is working with no problem.
But starting TC and just rightclick F: makes TC hang/crash.
I installed TC 7.56a.

I see - so there is very little chance to get it fixed.

After reinstallation of Acronis True Image everything OK
Just in case someone stumbles over this thread when looking for a solution: in my case the deinstallation of Acronis True Image rendered the context menu in Total Commander unusable (always froze). After reinstallation everything was okay again!

That means that the Acronis uninstall leaves context handlers in the registry but the files are removed.deltazero wrote:Just in case someone stumbles over this thread when looking for a solution: in my case the deinstallation of Acronis True Image rendered the context menu in Total Commander unusable (always froze). Uninstall it again and search the registry for all left over entries.
