It is an Archive containing UltimateBootCD4Win.
After unpacking you find version 1.12 englisch in directory plugin\smallcd

Thanks for the link - that's the english version 1.12 tosbsas was looking for.
I'm searching/begging for an english v1.33 - but that seems to be an "impossible mission". :(
