I agree- this plugin is geting better and better - I like that there isn't a thick line around the dirsize panel anymore.
I also agree that the modifier keys are not intuitive - the letter are not easy to remember (if you don't use the plugin all the time) - I would suggest D=show only Directories, N=Name sorting and P=show Percentages.
Furthermore it is not logical to me that the current X and Z keys works as toggle keys while the S key has to be counteracted by the A key - why not make the key for showing only directories work as a toggle key as well (like icfu also pointed out).
May I suggest a right-click menu with the modifier keys - like the imagine plugin has for example.
But great work nonetheless

Thanks, you have added the possibility to use %COMMANDER_PATH% for IcoLibPath...
Nice it works the first time you use dirsize....
but when you quit dirsize it changes the "ini" file and overwrites the %COMMANDER_PATH% by the real path of IcoLibPath...
It is very annoying when you use TC on a USB Key !

Thanks, the silent update works fine...
No more problems with the %Commander_Path% !

I know the problem, it seem to be a TC interface limitation.
Yeah, I think you are right - I noticed that the problem also exist with for example the Imagine viewer.

Could this be fixed in the future
Support for this!
There's one interesting detail: you can focus to the pane showing the quick-view by clicking the title of that pane (the line containing the folder name). In this case, usual lister commands (like P=previous, N=next) would work, but not the hotkeys defined by the lister plugin.
Seems like somewhere (most probably TC, since it's same for all my lister plugins) the focus is not set to the proper window.
It must be easy to fix, since it already works in case of TAB.

Hi,
you seem to have implemented this in beta 3 that i just downloaded.
The plugin works like charm but i can't get it to show different icons.
Can it be because it's in a directory with a space in it's name? (Program Files)
Or am i doing something else wrong? I use XPStyle.icl for TC itself, and that works. I was under the impression i could use the same icl file....
TIA

At present Dirsize shows only 2 differents icons... one for the Directories and one for the files...
Maybe in the future other icons according with the extensions ?
Perhaps into the ToDo list?

Hi Paul,
well, i'd be happy if those two icons changed... but on my laptop i tried again and it works!? On my PC the icons never changed, whatever i tried, still the same icons.
Now i do have diferent icons that look like my standard icons, now i have to find the difference between my PC and my laptop.
There seems to be some sort of transparency issue, my icons have black backgrounds in the plugin....

Try to set
IconLibPath=c:\totalcmd\icones\WCicolib3D.icl (change patch for real one)
instead of
IcoLibPath=%COMMANDER_PATH%\WCicolib3D.icl

The problem is with WinXP style icons. Most of them have shadow effect whitch is not well displayed by my plugin. That why you see only black background instead of shadow. I'll try to fix it in future.

I'll consider to add this option because it'll probably slow down scanning..
1.0 [08.17.2005]
- Fixed problem with alpha blended icons in WinXP
- Fixed bug in scan code -> dirsize sometimes showed wrong sizes
- Fixed bug when using %COMMANDER_PATH% -> on close dirsize overwrote the %COMMANDER_PATH% by the real path of IcoLibPath.
- Some other small corrections
I Have some problem with the plugin.
it works great but im using ieview plugin and im see my folders like xp style if i press ctrl+q.
so i need to disable ieview.wlx plugin and after that your plugin is working..
how can im using that both plugin without problems?
Switch with [TAB] to the quickview panel and press [4], which selects the next plugin.
If you want to select the next(third) plugin or again the first one you have to press [Tab] twice to re-select the quickview panel. Otherwise the [4] shortcut does not work.
