Write what needs to be done to detect the error. I entered cm_UnloadPlugins through the command line and made a button with the cm_UnloadPlugins command. Nothing happened. TC11.50b3.

Could it be that the crash problem only occurs in Windows version 24H2 and NOT in 23H2?

I don't experience the problem in Windows 23H2 either:
Windows 11 Pro (x64) Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4391)
Total Commander (x64, x86) 11.50ß4

There was nothing special necessary, just using the plugin and later try cm_UnloadPlugins.
Under TC 11.50 b4 and the actual Windows 11 24H2, I can no longer reproduce it.

Perhaps it was the TC version. I completely forgot that I also tested on TC11.50b4. Now there is no desire to test on TC11.50b3.

But now seems IrfanView is always maximized by the plugin? Is there any way to start the window of IrfanView normally, like what's like in 2.54?
Thanks.
I think this bug is back in 2.60. Now the Irfanview window is always maximized.

I'm talking about 2.60.
I revert to 2.59 and it doesn't have this issue.

Version 2.61:
- the IrfanView window opened using F3 did not remember the position and size.
* internal changes.

Hello,

IrfanView Plugin 2.59 is working good, but 2.61 is not working. I get this error message:

"I can't find the c:\WinCmd\Plugins\LS-plugin\TCIrfanView\IrfanView\i_view32.exe
in the path specified in the irfanview.ini"

I have Win10 64bits
My IrfanView is in "Program Files (x86)..."

My irfanview.ini:

[Options]
path=C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\i_view32.exe
path64=C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\i_view32.exe

Most likely you do not have access to the IrfanView folder. The readme says that when installing IV in system folders, you need to open access to it. It works for me:
[img]https://i.ibb.co/0DmpfDG/2024-12-17-145702.png[/img]
If you installed the IV in the system folder, the i_view32.ini file should be located in the %AppData% directory. Then you will have access to it. And you have it, apparently, in folder IV.

My old irfanview.ini:
[Options]
path=C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\i_view32.exe
path64=C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\i_view32.exe

My new irfanview.ini:
[IrfanView]
path=C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\i_view32.exe
path64=C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\i_view32.exe

From IrfanView Plugin 2.60 in irfanview.ini [Options] changed to [IrfanView]. This caused the error.

Yes, I changed the irfanview.sample.ini file, but forgot to edit the readme. I will release a readme update soon.
