TC-x64: If I enable logging for FTP and/or logging in the Cloudplugin, no log files are created (probably because of TC crash when using the plugin).
TC-x86: The logging says (OneDrive New connection):
access_token length: 1164
refresh_token length: 354

Re: New plugin available: Cloud (access to Box, Dropbox, etc).
These are both small enough to not cause any problems, so it can't be the problem here. It's possible the the tccloud.ini file was damaged, can you check it? Please don't post it here. You can find the file in the same directory as the file wincmd.ini, see menu Help - About Total Commander for the location.
Btw, do you use any kind of personal firewall or third party antivirus suite on your system? When you use an external browser for login, the login token is passed to the cloud plugin via a small Web server in the plugin to which the browser connects. Firewall software may modify the data sent over that connection.

2ghisler:
Just tried a fresh install, deleted all previous installations and ini-files (tccloud.ini was not damaged). Reboot. Stopped all background applications. Our company uses FortiClient but I can't stop that (requires admin rights) but I could disconnect (did that). We use standard Windows Defender.
Installed the x64 of TC and Cloudplugin, had to create a new OneDrive connection (because of fresh install). Again TC crashes when the auth.code is send. The ftp log only say: Waiting for auth code from server...
Also: only the x64 version crashes; the 32-bit version works correctly on this computer (TC x86 together with the cloud plugin).

Re: New plugin available: Cloud (access to Box, Dropbox, etc).
Have you tried using the built-in Web browser instead of the browser you currently use, or vice versa? They use completely different methods to transfer the code to the plugin. I asked this before but didn't get any reply.

Yes, I've tried all the combinations, including the build-in browser. TC x64 crashes. TC x86 works correctly. Anything more I can test or do some extra logging? Perhaps you have some extra logging or debugging tools? Thanks.

Please contact me by e-mail, I will have to create a special test version for you to find out what's wrong. I still think that FortiClient is to blame here.

Re: New plugin available: Cloud (access to Box, Dropbox, etc).
The plugin works correctly, however, there is a bug when copying files from Google Drive which fails every time I try.

Using the Cloud plugin v2.5 final to Upload/Download from/to Google Drive many times without problems.bremaya wrote: 2023-04-29, 16:43 UTC The plugin works correctly, however, there is a bug when copying files from Google Drive which fails every time I try.
I've set the connection to use the default external browser which is MS Edge.
What errors do you get ?

Re: New plugin available: Cloud (access to Box, Dropbox, etc).
i gave this finally a try using windows 7.
- internal browser does not work at all, i get only an empty page.
- google drive plugin does not allow download my own uploaded files. in the browser, google complains about a virus, which is complete nonsense (once again just like 99.9% of their other warnings). using the plugin sadly simply fails. well, nothing that TC can do against, i guess.

Re: New plugin available: Cloud (access to Box, Dropbox, etc).
Windows 7 is the problem: It does not support the new internal browser based on Edge, and most cloud services no longer support the old internal browser based on Chrome.windows 7.

That's a misfeature of Google Drive, if it sees a file as suspicious it denies download via third party apps.google drive plugin does not allow download my own uploaded files. in the browser, google complains about a virus, which is complete nonsense (once again just like 99.9% of their other warnings). using the plugin sadly simply fails. well, nothing that TC can do against, i guess.

You can install https://support.litera.com/s/article/Download-and-Install-Microsoft-Edge-WebView2 , then it should work - at least it works here, but I also have Edge installed. Edge for Windows 7 is still available https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/download?form=MA13FJWindows 7 is the problem:

Re: New plugin available: Cloud (access to Box, Dropbox, etc).
i thought win 7 was to blame here, that's why i mentioned it.
as for the webview2 installer, yes, we need to have edge installed beforehand.
funny fact, the android google drive app refuses to download my previously uploads too, and all i get there is an "unknown error". seriously, Google LLC?
and there seems to be absolutely no way to disable the AV scan....
i "solved" the problem by using another cloud service. dropbox, onedrive... webdav from gmx or magix... they all work just fine up/downloading the same files.
