It turned out that Snarfer is shity software. I don't use it anymore after several months of waiting and posting bugs and suggestions on forum. It corupted my database so I can't use it now, it is very slow (don't know why) and full of bugs, and above all very limited.
Also, Snarfer is NOT portable without custom installation, since it keeps it's config in Registry. Even with registry script, proxy will always be a problem !
The speed of RSS Bandit is excellent, considering it is dotNet app, and features are top. It is actively developed by 4 people and I didn't yet find it's down side. It is full of features and not overkill... + XLST templates....

sir silva, I think you don't understand what portability means: it is not just that program will run, without complaining, but it includes also all setting, except those that are computer specific.
That is the reason whyyou can't set proxy once and forever to be taken from the current system, so that it works on every computer.

Do you remember TaskArrange, Taskbar++, Visual Task Tips or Visual Tooltip?
Well, TaskbarEx could be for you then!
Drag&drop without waiting time, drag&drop also to the desktop and back, set always on top, turn on/off preview pics, scrolling mouse wheel to (de)activate task.
Icfu
P.S.: KatMouse has to be deactivated to use scrolling, exluding doesn't seem to work. Please correct me

2 all
This TaskbarEx is realy cute. To bad that it doesn't remember settings.
Greatnews
I don't like here that you can't influence how rss is displayed. Contrary RSS Bandit can be customized exactly the way U want, and overall, it is much better and feels better. I just hate the fact that it is curently right bellow SQL Server in memory usage....
.. how bad... ..
[EDIT]
My mistake. It also has css's to format view.

We had enough hard topics, a little fun:
