While packing files into archive,
e.g. to zip files,
TC sometimes made the archive name *.zip,
sometimes *.ZIP,
that's to say,
the extension "zip" may alternate between lower case and upper case,
and it seems happening randomly.
Also applied to other types of archives.
So confused with this problem.
Any way to made the archive extension always in lower case?
Tested under WinXP, SP1.

bug? zip or ZIP

It has already been discussed somewhere here. TC suggests the uppercase extension when the automatically given name of the archive is uppercased. E.g. for Archive and Tc it will suggest zip, for ARCHIVE and TC - ZIP.

I'm not quite good at searching....
I had searched, but searched nothing, before I posted this topic:
I searched again and found this thread:
http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=1541&highlight=archive+uppercase
which seems long time ago- nearly 3 year...
After a long time, this problem still remains. Then will it be included in the plan for V7.0?

Unfortunately, I could not find the thread too as I don't remember keywords... I just remember that it was said somewhen...
