Is it possible to add my computer virtual directory into navigation path ?
I mean when I use up ( parent dir ) command, it works until the root directory (C:\ for example) is reached. Maybe I can change that 'top' dir to 'my computer' virtual dir. Like in ms file explorer.
I just want to have the same interface whenever I go to parent dir or change a drive.

Just activate in "Configuration->Options->Display: Show parent Dir also in root of drive".
Then there appears in the root of drive the".." symbol what leads you with another doubleclick to 'My Computer'.
YOu can also use the internal command "cm_openDrives" with a button or in the start menu (of TC) or in a menu or assign a shortcut to it (Configuration->Options->Misc:Redefine Hotkeys (keyboard remapping).
