That is obviously an insider build - bound to be buggy. Official latest version is 21H2 (OS Build 22000.739)

Hi maskato,

If I'm not wrong, you should place imagine in top of your WLX modules :
Go to configuration, additionnal modules, WLX button and there, select imagine plugin and use little arrow in the bottom left to re-order priority.

In F3 lister, you can switch modules with '4' on the keyboard.

Have a nice day,
Frederic

Or just press 4 on the keyboard until the image turns up in imagine.

Or press choose the menu item "Plugins" and the choose Imagine.

If you are talking about opening Imagines internal browser, then it is disabled in plugin mode - that is the autor of Imagines choice.

As you can read from the reply you have to set Imagine plugin on the top of your Lister plugins
and F3 will use it for image browsing.
Imagine64.exe is the stand-alone version of Imagine.

Is it possible to run slideshow or image view with fit all (not only bigger) images to fixed/current window size?

In Image view you can either Use "Listers Option" -> "Fit Image to window" or right click on the image and choose "View" -> "Fit Image" -> "Always Fit Image to Window Size".

If you are using Imagine64.exe and not the plugin, you can make the choice permanent vis the "Options" -> "Preferences" -> "View" dialog.

The Slide show unfortunately does not respect these settings.

Thank you. With Lister Imagine works correctly.

Options described as "Always fit image to window size" and "Reduce image if larger than window" really work like "Change window size to image size" (window size isn't permanent if it not maximized or fullscreen :( ).

Take a look at "Options" -> "Preferences" -> "Window" -> "Fit window" - I think you want the "Don't fit window" setting here.

Notice there is no "Window" tab if running as plugin.

Thank you :D
Exactly what I search.
Somehow I missed this option.

Just in case there are come real programmers here with an interest in the avif format and skills to develop a plugin:

* Imagine Plugin SDK https://www.nyam.pe.kr/dev/imagine/download/plugin/Imagine_Plugin_SDK_1.0.8.zip
* avif C library for it here https://github.com/AOMediaCodec/libavif

Unzip to Plugin directory.
I haven't tested it much, so maybe some files are not supported.
Works well so far, only avif with alpha don't show, but normal photos as you see them on many a webpage nowadays work perfectly.

You can find some test images here https://aomediacodec.github.io/av1-avif/testFiles/Link-U/ the plum*alpha*.avif images don't work, nearly all the other do.

The developer Sejin Chun replied to my email
If you could contact him - maybe you can try it again?
And ask him about the support of ICC-profiles.
Example - http://regex.info/blog/2012-03-27/1964
main pic there is http://regex.info/i/cs/JF7_108453-FunkyRGB.jpg
why Imagine still is not able to do so?
