Well now everything is fine.
petermad wrote: 2026-03-11, 19:39 UTC I also tried with a clean imagine.ini file - but it only makes it slower because of the default "Display image while loading". If I diable that setting the loading time is the same as with my current imagine.ini file
It's good that you are convinced of this.
We sorted out this issue and found a solution.

I figured out the nrw extension. Imagine does not support the nrw extension at all. But for some reason he tries to open it. Can you at least tell the author about this? This extension supports IrfanView.

FLIF doesn't show up for me. But IrfanView also writes that the header is broken. Although it was converted from a normal file using an online converter.

Hmm if I go to "Help" -> "Supported File Formats" I cannot see FLIF on the list.
And in "Options" -> "File Associations" and "Shell Extension" I don't see FLIF on those lists either.

I'll write to the author.

Sejin had forgotton to add the FLIF plugin to the packages.

Just download the installe/zip-file again and reinstall it.

Thank you, now the extension is picked up. But apparently I have a crooked file. Doesn't show :(

Is it possible to silently return ListLoad=NULL instead of the MessageBox "file_path" - Unknown error, so that Lister will try the next plugin?
In a similar case, return ListLoadNext=LISTPLUGIN_ERROR.
This is necessary in cases where, for example, the filename extension doesn't match its internal format.
Is it possible to add some INI settings for the view, quick view (and thumbnails view?) modes to control silent or default behavior?
