Change setting files directly: open using .ini association

Currently, "Change setting files directly" option opens the INIs in notepad. It would be nice if it used the default text editor associated with INI files, or perhaps the editor defined in TC options, under Edit/View.

That has been discussed a few times already, the answer was that the user might have chosen a hex editor for F4.

Didn't know that. Sounds logical. Ok, how about:

It would be rare for someone to associate the .ini extension in Windows with something other than a text editor...
