TC 7, beta1: A great tool becomes even greater...

Just a quick stop to say congrats!
The visual improvements (including the new icons) in TC7 make it look more modern. It needed that very much.
As for the operational ones... I wouldn't know where to start. Some long-time wishes are finally here.
Many thanks Christian. It may seem a little common to say "keep up the good work" but please, keep it up! Nowadays, to have a tool with all these options using no more than 2 MBs of executables and dlls and be that fast... Simply fantastic.

I totally agree! TC7 indeed contains a vast amount of valuable improvements and really is a worthy major release.
And as the new icons are my work, I also personally appreciate your nice comment

- New Lister Icon is wonderful!
24.07.05 Added: Sorting by additional columns with Ctrl+Click on header. Special cases: Clear all if Ctrl+Click on primary sort column.
mustn that be "Clear all if Click on primary sort column"?
05.07.05 Added: New internal command cm_RenameSingleFile to rename file under cursor even if other files are selected (selection can be restored with "/" numeric key)

how good is it! this is fantastic, I've updated to modzilla 2 and TC 7 all in the one day. cheers
I like the temp file delete button when finished option.
Also like the hide file options as well. get rid of those pesky files that make it even harder to see.

What a joy
I like it all, odd and even lines color feature is great, like new default button bar shortcuts, tree panels and icons are awesome I just wish that folder icons are not yellow but are awesome anyway.

I use StickyNomads Icons since ages. So first I was disappointed, that there were no obvious changes in TC7...
But hey, I think it's great...

I like them so much that I miss some from vicons2_buttonbar.icl. E. g. the icons for cm_OpenNewTab, cm_ExecuteDOS and cm_CopyFullNamesToClip. You don't happen to have them in the new blueish colours, too?

There will be more icons available soon. cm_CopyFullNamesToClip is already in the default bar though.

one icon. The Vicons-file had
two: for cm_CopyNamesToClip and cm_CopyFullNamesToClip...
