Total Commander

The MessageBox that you get when copying from a special folder, such as the desktop, can be improved. Here's an image of the dialog itself:

The dialog

• lacks an icon (question mark)
• could programmatically determine if there are 1 or 2-or-more file or files to copy
• should end the question with a question mark ('?')
