search in the background, while letting me keep working.
feed-to-listbox - in a new tab option.
syncronize and compare also, let me keep working while these windows are open.
ftp copy [background] button - you can use the same session for the up/download process, and reconnect the file tab session.

Already present, click the button "Feed to listbox" with Shift.

ok great. it should be noted somewhere...
Anyway, the Search-dialog-in-background is the important issue, because:
1. sometimes i want to copy-paste a file or directory name from the file list.
2. the obvious - instead of looking at the search process itself, i rather continue working.
3. ability to open multiple search dialogs.
* same reasons apply for the syncronize-dirs dialog.

Where do you expect it to be noted? If you press F1 in the search dialog, you can find it there, can't you?
Anyway, the Search-dialog-in-background is the important issue, because:
It's not necessary to explain the advantages of non-modal search, it has been discussed 1000 times. Please use the forum search, you will have no problems to find lots of discussions about that.
