Suggestion: Improvement of the command cm_SaveDetailsToFile

About the command "cm_SaveDetailsToFile" (Save all shown columns to file)
For improve the command: When the dialog is showed for save to file, the default type of file is TXT.
Could be interesting add the option in combo box for select TXT or CSV.
Although really it isn't a problem for open the files separates with tabs at Openoffice Cal or MS Excel.
A new command would be well come as; Save all shown columns to file with the names of the headers at the beginning of the file.
