Change of column width when moving the windows separator

Hi everyone,
moving the windows separator with "full" columns the "Attr" column changes it's width. I think it would be much more usefull if the "Name" column would do so.
I would like to use the movement of the separator if there are long file names which exceed the "Name" column width (instead of Show / vertical arrangement, which limits the number of files).
Best regards
Batchman

Please only as optional (wincmd.ini) behavior.
Or better: only in combination with the modifier key <Alt> while setting the divider using the mouse or context menu.
Please consider the following situation:
In QuickView mode(Ctrl+Q) the separator may be set to 20/80 (file panel full view / quick view).
The available space used for the filename will be decreased in this situation!?!
Kind regards
Holger

Maybe the
user-defined width of the column "Name" should be considered as a
minimum. In other words: The column width would be automatically adjusted (increased) only when the width of the window pane is >50%.
But now what should happen when the user manually changes the width of the automatically adjusted colum(s) in the wider window pane?
a) treated as now (used-defined width is applied to both window panes)
b) not allowed any more
c) ...
