I think "no".
However you can do this yourself using winamp (or anyother mp3 player), by creating correct association thru tcmd: configuration-edit/copy-[Associations]-...

Yes, there are different players that minimize themself to tray...
And there are also different free utils that minimize every window (for example
4t Tray Minimizer)...
The wish was for something hardcoded in the Lister...
It isn't necessary but when I play some m3u list it is uncomfortable to have the taskbar busy for long time...
