Could the Search & Replace in the MRT be made (optionally) case-sensitive?

Based on a bug report in the Slovak / Czech forum.

Create a file "aA.txt". Place the cursor on it and open MRT (Ctrl-M).
Search for: a|A
Replace with: x|y

Result: xx.txt
Expected result: xy.txt
