[REQ] rename fails -> don't reset name

It would be nice when I rename a file (Shift F6), and this fails (for whatever reason) if there would be a dialog box that allows me to fix the problem and retry so I don't have to retype the complete new name.
Especially if you type a long new name and it fails you have to type it once again, which is very annoying.
