The FTP window does NOT list files just starting with a dot: ".htaccess" or ".htpasswd". The lokal windows shows this files.

Please enable the FTP window to list this files too.

To make it permanent:
In wcx_ftp.ini
[General]
FtpShowHidden=1

(In particular before requesting new features that have been implemented a long time ago.)
