Support for 7-zip archiver

Hi Ghisler,

It would be great is you add the 7-zip archiver unpacker/packet in total commander. It's getting more and more popular these days.

But there are not many faster solusions with comparable efficiency. And AFAIK no one with (at least quite good) GUI. Command line tools won't be more popular than 7zip.

Yes, default 7-Zip archives internal support by TC sounds intreresting...

What's the advantage of build-in 7-Zip support over a plugin?

Many users don't know much about Tc addons (including plugins), so that they can't use 7z files if Christian doesn't give them internal support.

I doubt that such users know anything about 7z :D
