Hi!
Would it be possible to add a new INI entry to hide some drives from the button bar, but not from the drive combobox? (i.e: HideDrives=)
I'm one of the users that has a card reader and it's showing one drive for each card slot, even when there's nothing in the drive, and the interface is a bit bloated due to this drives.
I've been searching, and it seems not feasible to automatically hide the removable drives with no media.
But perhaps the user could define the drives that wants to hide from the button bar, but leaving it accessible through the drive combobox.
So the "Allowed=" entry in wincmd.ini does not work for me, as it also hides the drives from the combo box.
Any opinions?

Although, in my opinion, I'd prefer to have a "Disallow=" entry.
Because, if we want to prohibit only one drive we have to specify all the other.
So, in my opinion, we should have:
1. Disallow=FG // Prohibits access to FG
2. HideDriveButton=FG //Prevents F: and G: drive buttons, continuing to show them in combobox!

If there are slots that you never use in your card reader, you can disable them in Windows' Device Manager (run devmgmt.msc) -> Disk drives.

Thanks, I know that, but I use them also, although not as much as the SD slot.petermad wrote:If there are slots that you never use in your card reader, you can disable them in Windows' Device Manager (run devmgmt.msc) -> Disk drives.
That's the reason to hide that drives in the button bar but leave them visible in the combobox, as they don't bloat the interface there.
