Configuration - Plugins, access keys

Suggestion: Do not use access keys in a peace of descriptive text. Instead use access keys in the group box titles. Like it is done in Configuration - Font.

It depends on your language setting.

Examples:
In WCMD_DEU.LNG there are NO access keys at all i that dialog!

In WCMD_DAN.LNG your suggestion has been implemented for years.
