RC4 - "Associate with..." cannot be resized

Hi,

the dialog window that's opened on "Associate with" cannot be resized. Also there's no horizontal scrollbar.
Since most entries are rather long, at least longer than the window's width, it's rather impractical to work with this dialog.

Ah - well, thanks! I had searched specifically for issues with the association dialog...

Indeed this dialog cannot be resized. It's currently not planned to make it resizable, sorry.
