[REQ] Shift-F4, selection cycling all/name/ext

When pressing Shift-F4 with cursor over a file a name is suggested automatically.
Repeated pressing of Shift-F4 could cycle between selection of all/name only/extension only
(like the new feature in (Shift-)F5, (Shift-)F6, ...).
