Suggestions: Background tasks minimize to tray & more

Hi there!
I want to make two suggestions:
1) Background tasks, like FTP download and so forth, should minimize to tray, if this option is selected for TC in general.
2) When creating a filelist for later download from a FTP connection with username & password, it would be nice, if the password could be included in the filelist created. I see the point, why not to do so, hence it should be an option to be selected when creating the filelist.
What do you think, folks?
