I think you should be able to delete folders in the tree view (currently get 'function not supported'). Sometimes I'm browsing through the tree and see an old folder that should I want to delete but I have to click into it to show it in the main panel before it can be deleted.

There are quite a few normal copy/delete actions which you cannot not launch from inside the (separate) folder tree(s).

Therefore you might wish to add your point in this poll thread perhaps: What do you think about the new separate directory tree?
