Hiding inactive network drive icons

In my drive icons toolbar(s) there are many network drive icons that refers to drives in other pc's in my network. The inactive drives are always crossed out and of no use.

Suggestion:
Isn't it possible to make an option setting that allows the inactive drives to hide from the list? As soon as they become active they pop-up and will be visible.

The advantage of this possibility is that the drive icons toolbar(s) are less overloaded and the risk to click on an inactive drive will be completely excluded.

But how could you make them active then? Now when you click on such an inactive drive, TC tries to connect to it (making the drive active).

Hmmm, a command similar to cm_SwitchHidSys which could be put to a button in the toolbar might help.

Right! Good question!

Maybe in the same way as USB and external SATA/IDE-drives do, if this could be possible? Maybe by polling? I'm just brainstorming...

That's why I wrote below 'Suggestion': "Isn't it possible ...?" :)
