Total Commander

If user want to add new custom columns, he press button "New".

If user wishes to add a new set of columns, he presses button "New".

How you think, he will press what button in dialogue "Custom columns"? Right! Add Column.

Why Total does not do it for the user? Not clearly.

I'm not sure if I understood your request. Do you want TC to offer to assign a field when a new column is added automatically?

In dialog always there should be a new empty field that at once it was possible to press [+]
