[REQ] Remove "This tab is locked" confirmation

A sole INI option would be ok too of course:
What am I expecting when pressing Ctrl+W on a locked tab and CloseLockedConfirmation=0?
It should skip the current tab and switch to the next tab, i.e. execute cm_SwitchToNextTab.
