Actions (copy, move, delete or create dirs) made from file

It would be nice to have the opportunity to make some operations with known files/dirs.
I was inspired by http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=17552 and I think it's a good chance to improve some actions by adding few options.

We can now make a files/dirs list from different disks and save them.
I have tried to copy files/dirs from this list, that were saved before into a file, in another location. Maybe I don't know how, but I cannot do it.
In fact this is the same situation like in the case of the search feed box.

It is possible to load/save a files/dirs list into a window (left/right)? That solves the problem. Or add parameters to cm_copy, cm_RenMov, cm_MkDir and cm_Delete like cm_Edit or cm_View - able to load from a file .

Thanks in advance.

None?

Copy help done some explanations:

Copies one or more files to another location.

COPY [/D] [/V] [/N] [/Y | /-Y] [/Z] [/A | /B ] source [/A | /B]
[+ source [/A | /B] [+ ...]] [destination [/A | /B]]

source Specifies the file or files to be copied.
/A Indicates an ASCII text file.
/B Indicates a binary file.
/D Allow the destination file to be created decrypted
destination Specifies the directory and/or filename for the new file(s).
/V Verifies that new files are written correctly.
/N Uses short filename, if available, when copying a file with a
non-8dot3 name.
/Y Suppresses prompting to confirm you want to overwrite an
existing destination file.
/-Y Causes prompting to confirm you want to overwrite an
existing destination file.
/Z Copies networked files in restartable mode.

The switch /Y may be preset in the COPYCMD environment variable.
This may be overridden with /-Y on the command line. Default is
to prompt on overwrites unless COPY command is being executed from
within a batch script.

To append files, specify a single file for destination, but multiple files
for source (using wildcards or file1+file2+file3 format).

Who knows what is mean "Indicates an ASCII text file" and what for?
