Copying hexcode in Lister

If I use F3 - 3 with a file, I'm able to make a Ctrl+C of some selection of the ascii representation at the right.
It would be nice if the same was valid for the field with the hexcodes.
(I'm aware of the fact that there could be Lister-plugins for this, and otherwise there are hex-editors.)

i vote for this - support++

(it is new phrase for me)
often i want to know what is a character's code. lister can help. and i know that searching on the left side code for a character on the right side is not very easy, so it would be good if user can select characters or hex codes and can then select what to copy in menu or context menu.
and they could be synchronously selected/highlited.

Same here - I would have used this feature many times.

I would also like to have the possibility to enable the cursor in the hex section - TAB should toggle the cursor between hex side and text side.

Support, copying plus this behaviour would be perfect, IMO.
External workaround: The freeware version of
HHD hex editor copies (only) the hex digits instead of the text.

With HxD you can decide what to copy, depending on if you select digits or text:

And, it has no limitation in file size and is real freeware instead of nagware.

Oops, I didn't realize that. Old HHD versions didn't have this limitation...

Really nice alternative, thanks for the hint.
It's a bit annoying, that Ctrl+Insert doesn't work like Ctrl+C in HxD, but apart from that it seems to be a very nice tool.
