not working accelerator key during external unpacking

With switched OFF option [ ] Use internal un-RAR if possible,
unpacking something from a RAR achive pops up a sub-window "Files are being unpacked, please wait..."
with a Button [Backgound].
None of the following accelerator keys work: b, Alt-b, Shift-b, Alt-Shift-b.

Besides internal english, the same applies to german language, where the button is titled [Hintergrund],
all tested combinations with key "h" fail here, too.


To get enough time for testing, you can unrar the same file twice,
so RAR's overwrite warning should make TC's sub-window wait endlessly.
