Create Dir (F7) with Date/Time mask support

please add this feature so users can create directory wtih current date and time as dir name

The only way to go is to add date and time parameters which can be used just like the already existing parameters (for buttons and stuff), and which additionally work in F7 and Shift+F4 dialog.

An integration only for F7 would be a waste of time and resources.
