Can combine this windows: error message + create dir dialog?

As now:
After trying create dir Total show “error” message:
http://motorocker.nm.ru/total/create_dir01.png
User must press Enter and F7 again:
http://motorocker.nm.ru/total/create_dir02.png

As good:
After trying create dir Total show this message with create dir dialog:
http://motorocker.nm.ru/total/create_dir03.png
User don't press Enter and don't press again F7.

Support.

A similar solution would be very nice for cm_RenameOnly / cm_RenameSingleFile.

I don't understand - if you use either of those two commands, you get the overwrite dialog - not just a plain error dialog like http://motorocker.nm.ru/total/create_dir01.png

Sorry, what I meant was not overwriting, but e.g. trying to rename a locked file/dir:
  • - create a directory
    - start a command line in there
    - try to rename the dir
=> You get a plain error dialog with only an OK button - no chance for a second try, the typed new name is gone.
Quite annoying, if you typed something like "JamSession-2008-03-24--20-15-00--02-16-38_part-01-03".
Even more if you fail a second time, because you overlooked another program locking the path/file... ;)

Not support , because it`s unusual.

Unusual? Why?
I support this request, StatusQuo's example IMHO enough to imagine usability of this feature.

Please try to translate "непривычно" into english, if you can find sinonym, that would be better.
It has nothing to do with "usability".

unusual != unusable

To you.

Personally I would say "who needs wrapping of a button bar"?
The button bar is disabled here, I don't have a single button, so I have no use at all for such a feature.
However the thread has already 4 pages and >2200 views.

unusual != unusable
Right :) So now I don't understand your point even more. "unusual" will not be matter for new TC users (but they'll feel usability of feature!) and will not be a big problem for existing ones.

What is unusual, uncommon, exceptional, atypical, unordinary, peculiar, special, unwonted, strange, surprising, extraordinary, rare, seldom, scarce, infrequent, weird or unique about entering a name of a directory that already exists? - I think that happens to most of us once in a while.

i have talked about this in this forum.
there are all your previously entered folder names are stored in the list box which appears if you press the "downward" button near folder name field in http://motorocker.nm.ru/total/create_dir02.png .
and in the case of that folder already exist you lose nothing. i had answered about this because i used unicode folder names and tc could not create them. and unfortunately but of course they are also not stored in that box correctly - that characters are replaced with "?" characters.
