TC7.02a More/less buttons and scroll bar

* Custom columns (menu Configuration/Options/Custom columns/Edit)
* Change attributes (menu File/Change attributes, see Change plugin attributes)
* Find Files (menu Commands/Search, tab Plugins)

On these dialog windows there is the possibility to add and remove (configuration) lines. When the lines do not fit the space available to them a scroll bar is visible. The captions of the columns and the buttons to add/remove lines are also scrolled by the scroll bar. This means the captions and buttons are not always visible. I think this is not wanted. Especially for the button "Delete selected column" in the Custom columns dialog.

Suggestion:
Shorten the scroll bars so they do not include captions and add/remove buttons. Technically this may mean a panel (with invisible borders?) must be added containing only the lines without captions and add/remove buttons).
