[Wish] Compare directories to include directories

the Mark->Compare Directries menu option doesn't seem to compare directories in the two directories being displayed. It only compares files.
Maybe include a way to also compare directory names?
To illustrate, create two directories X and Y, and open them on the left and right pane. In both directories create some random folders, and make sure they are different for X and Y. Them do the compare command and TC will say the two dirs are the same... It seems a bit weird when they clearly aren't
