TC 7.02a mempack BUG (plugins not loading when using TAR.*)

When using packing to tar.plugin, plugin not initializing (and TC not calls StartMemPack!!!). But, if before simply packing to it, or calling any dialog from it, than its working ok (plugin become initialized).

See packing to tar.bz2 and tar.wdx - if calling this when tc loads (after TC 2-nd+ restart after wcx installed!) - internal error in packer.

Then, select plugin configuration - dll loads.

Then, call tar.* packing - now it works? Why?

I'd write plugin, using mempack. But it's works such as wcx bzip2 calling internal packer error first time when using tar.wdx, and after such "preloading" by configdialog or simply nonmem-packing - works ok.


Total Commander 7.02a has this bug (it looks as if all 7 series has), but TC 6.55 works fine (tested - no mempack problem, plugin loads and runs ok) ! Bug is new ))

How to fix problem?
