extend the buttonbar for middle-click and for key-modifiers

I have a suggestion for the buttonbar. Please make it possible to execute different commands:
- - when clicking an item with the middle-mouse-click
- perhaps also when clicking an item with right-mouse-click
(currently its changing the item, but this could also be done by the menu: Configuration -> change buttonbar)
- when clicking strg, shift or alt while left-mouse-click on the button
- when clicking strg, shift or alt perhaps also for middle-mouse-click and right-mouse-click
- - Use internal compare on left-mouse-click and winmerge on middle-mouse-click
- Call programs with or without parameters
- reduce the several lines of the buttonbar to only one, by "grouping" similar programs and commands
