Total Commander

I want 2 new features / modifications:

in the create new note pad file ... i would that the location of the enw file is automaticcally set to the actual folder .. not to an other location.

in the FTP feature it is needet to have the possibility to set the time zone of the server ... and to rectify the server file Date Time to be able to uset teh function "copy only newer files".

Shift-F4 creates a file in the current folder.
